Studio Policy

To help create a calm, welcoming and professional space for everyone, we kindly ask you to take a moment to read through our studio policies. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.

  1. Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows
    • A small deposit is required to secure your booking.
    • If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
    • No-shows (not showing up without notice) will be charged the full service fee.
    • Your time is valuable — and so is ours. We really appreciate your understanding!
  2. Late Arrivals
    • If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the day.
    • Unfortunately, the deposit cannot be refunded in this case.
    • Please try to arrive on time so we can give you the full experience 🕊️
  3. Children & Pets
    • For your safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you don’t bring children or pets to your appointment.
    • If you’d like to bring someone along with you, just send us a quick message beforehand so we can see if it’s possible.
    • We don’t have a waiting area, so we may not be able to accommodate unplanned guests.
  4. Phone Use & Studio Etiquette
    • Please use headphones for calls or videos.
    • Out of respect for other clients, we kindly ask to keep the noise level low.
    • Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. If you’re outside, please be mindful of others around you.
  5. Payment
    • We accept both cash and bank transfers.
    • If you have any questions about payment, feel free to ask ahead of time — we’re happy to help.
  6. Photos & Social Media
    • You’re welcome to take photos/videos, just check in with us first 😊
    • Occasionally we may ask to take photos of your nails for our portfolio or social media — but only with your permission.
  7. Aftercare
    • We’ll give you tips and advice after your appointment — please follow them to help your nails last beautifully.
    • If you notice anything unusual within 3 days, just let us know — we’re always happy to help.
  8. Privacy & Security
    • Your privacy is important to us. Personal data and photos are shared only with your consent.
    • For everyone’s safety, CCTV may be in use within the studio.
  9. Feedback
    • We truly appreciate your feedback — it means the world to us!
    • Feel free to leave a review or message us after your visit. Your kind words help small businesses like ours grow 🌿
